Adrianne Traub is a master’s student in the Food Studies program at Falk College in Syracuse University. Her research interests include regional food systems, intermediated markets, and agroecology. Prior to studying at Syracuse University she worked as an organic certification specialist and a farmworker on several organic vegetable operations in Upstate NY. She completed her undergraduate work in Environmental Biology at SUNY Environmental School of Science and Forestry. She has a strong background in ecology, ethnobotany, and agricultural policy.
