Collin Townsend

Collin Townsend is a student and chef with over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and is currently finishing his bachelor’s degree in Food Studies at Syracuse University. At present time he is working as a research assistant on the FoodPlanCNY project as well as managing the kitchen at Al’s Wine and Whisky in Armory Square. Collin Townsend resides in Syracuse, NY.
